  • Q: What services do you offer?

    A: I offer podcast and video editing, as well as podcast audits to help you refine your strategy, sound, and show structure. If you’re looking for something custom—like repurposing clips or editing short-form content—just reach out and we can chat about a personalized package.

  • Q: How do I send my files to you?

    A: You can send your files through any method that’s easiest for you—Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer all work great. Final edited files are delivered back to you via Google Drive unless you request another delivery method.

  • Q: How does payment work?

    A: For editing services, I’ll send an invoice through Stripe. A 50% deposit is required to secure your project, with the remaining balance due before final delivery. Podcast audits are paid in full through Squarespace at checkout.

  • Q: What's your turnaround time?

    A: Turnaround for podcast and video editing is typically 5–7 business days per episode or video. If you need something sooner, I offer rush editing for $75 per episode. goes here

  • Q: How many revisions do I get?

    A: Each project includes one complimentary round of revisions. If you need additional tweaks beyond that, I’ll provide a quote before moving forward.

  • Q: How do we communicate during a project?

    A: We’ll start with email for new inquiries and project details. For ongoing clients, I use Google Chat for easier communication. I’m available Monday–Friday, 10 AM–6 PM EST (and sometimes Saturdays).

  • Q: Will my content stay private?

    A: Absolutely. Your raw audio, video, and any private information you share are 100% confidential. I only use clips for portfolio or social media promotion with your consent. All files are safely deleted 90 days after final delivery.

  • Q: Do I have full rights?

    A: Yes! Once your invoice is paid in full, you own all rights to your audio and video files. I simply ask permission to showcase snippets for promotional purposes (portfolio, social media, etc.).

  • Q: Can I cancel my project?

    A: You can cancel at any time, but refunds are only available within 48 hours of booking—before work begins. After that window, refunds aren’t available. If I ever need to cancel, you’ll receive a partial refund for any uncompleted work.

  • Q: What happens if I’m late sending files or feedback?

    A: Delays on your end can affect delivery timelines. I can’t be responsible for missed deadlines caused by late file delivery, but I’ll always do my best to keep things on track. Rush editing is available if you need a quick turnaround once files are received.

  • Q: Can you add music or sound effects for me?

    A: Yes! I can source royalty-free or licensed music for an additional fee. However, I recommend using your own tracks to ensure consistency and rights ownership.
